Following that, we’ll explain the PDCPD molding process, highlighting its critical technical aspects. Finally, we’ll share real-world application cases, showcasing the tangible results achieved.

Participated in the research and development of the "Heavy-Duty Truck Compression Molding Interior Parts" project, earning the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Hanjiang District in 2006; also participated in the R&D of the "Thermoplastic Extrusion Waste Hemp Fiber Alloy Sheet" project, which won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Hanjiang District in 2008. 
Participated in the research and development of the "Variable Fiber-Reinforced Polyurethane Reaction Injection Molding Vehicle Instrument Panel" project, earning the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hanjiang District for 2009, ranking second. 
Hosted the development of the company's internal control standard Q/YZDH01-2022, "PDCPD Vehicle Exterior Components"; 
Hosted the development of the company's internal control standard Q/YZDH02-2022, "Variable Fiber-Reinforced PU-RIM Vehicle Trims."
