The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly funded by South Korea Dongcheng TCS Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Hanjiang Yangzi Automobile Interior Parts Co., Ltd. in September 2012. In December 2023, Yangzhou Hanjiang Yangzi Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd. completed the recovery of 100 percent of its equity and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yangzi Lihua Automotive Trim.
