Yangzhou Yangzi Doha Composite Material Products Co.,Ltd is located in the historical and cultural city of Yangzhou. The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly funded by South Korea Dongcheng TCS Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Hanjiang Yangzi Automobile Interior Parts Co., Ltd. in September 2012.
In December 2023, Yangzhou Hanjiang Yangzi Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd. completed the recovery of 100 percent of its equity and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yangzi Lihua Automotive Trim. With a registered capital of 29.89 million yuan, covering an area of 13500 square meters and 84 employees, it is a new type of industrial enterprise specializing in the production of high-performance composite products, automobile interior and exterior decoration parts, construction machinery accessories, agricultural machinery accessories, rail vehicle accessories and medical equipment accessories.
It has four production workshops for molding, grinding, painting and assembly. There are three molding processes: PDCPD injection reaction molding process, SMC molding process and RTM glass fiber reinforced plastic molding process: annual production capacity of 300000 pieces of vehicle parts, four PDCPD molding production lines, including 2 sets of horizontal mold locking machines, 1 set of vertical mold locking machines, and the first set of 90-degree turning mold closing machines in China, which can produce various complex difficult parts; there are three SMC special hydraulic (1000T/1500T/2500) lines for high-precision four-corner leveling system, CNC engraving machine and Kuka industrial robot cooperate with product processing. There are 18 independent grinding rooms, two putty rooms and drying rooms. Two hanging chains semi-automatic painting lines and one large painting line; And can adopt advanced standards to organize production according to customer requirements.
It has new product research and development equipment such as material research and development laboratory, plastic composite parts performance testing laboratory, product size testing platform and vibration test bench.
The company's market recognition is superior. Its main customers are concentrated in the top five and foreign customers in the industry, including Yutong Bus, Wuzheng Group, Volvo Construction Machinery, Lingong Group, Sany Heavy Industry, Xugong Group, Hyundai Heavy Industry, Aike Agricultural Machinery, Dongfeng Jingguan and Toshiba Medical.
The enterprise has continuously improved its organizational evolution, and has successively passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, IATF16949 automobile industry quality management system certification, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification, and actively benchmarked the "Excellent Performance Management Level Evaluation Criteria (GB/T19580)" to improve performance management. In recent years, the total number of effective patents is more than 50, including 9 invention patents.
